1. Delivery Timeframes & Methods
Because products are shipped directly from verified manufacturers and suppliers in China to Bangladesh, please allow for standard cross-border delivery times:
- Air Express Shipping: Typically 7 to 14 business days (subject to airline schedules and customs clearance).
- Standard Sea Freight: Typically 25 to 45 business days (ideal for heavy goods and bulk wholesale orders).
*Note: Delivery times commence from the date the order leaves our sorting warehouse in China, not the checkout date.
2. Customs Clearance & Duties
We handle the complete customs clearance process for all shipments entering Bangladesh. The final price calculated at checkout includes all standard cross-border customs handling, import fees, and regulatory paperwork. There are no surprise fees or courier extortion at your doorstep.
3. Real-Time Tracking

4. Local Courier Delivery
Upon arrival in Bangladesh and successful quality check at our central hub in Dhaka, local delivery is executed via top-tier couriers (Steadfast, RedX, Pathao, or Paperfly) directly to your given address.
