1. Delivery Timeframes
Since products are shipped directly from manufacturers in China to Bangladesh, please allow for standard cross-border delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 12 to 20 business days.
- Express Shipping (Air Freight): 7 to 12 business days (subject to customs clearance).
*Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
2. Customs & Duties
At ChinaShoppingBD, we handle all customs clearance processes for you. The final price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no hidden fees or surprise customs duties requested upon delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the complexity of international return shipping, we only accept returns or provide refunds under the following strict conditions:
- The item received is significantly different from its description.
- The item is defective, damaged during transit, or missing parts.
- The wrong item was shipped to you.
You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.
2. Refund Process
Once your claim is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. In some cases, we may offer store credit for faster resolution.
