We strive to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on this website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.

- Shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable) will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the cross-border nature of our business, returns are only accepted in specific circumstances (e.g., damaged goods upon arrival, incorrect items received).
Claims for missing items or damaged goods must be made within 3 days of delivery. Refunds for valid claims will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

ChinaShoppingBD acts as an intermediary platform connecting buyers in Bangladesh with suppliers in China. While we vet our suppliers rigorously, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products purchased through our platform.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
